BeanNote（以下「本アプリ」）は、コーヒー豆、抽出条件、写真、評価、メモ、店舗名・住所など、利用者が入力した情報をコーヒー記録機能の提供にのみ使用します。
本アプリで作成した記録は端末内のSwiftDataストアへ保存されます。iCloudを利用できる場合は、利用者自身のApple Accountに紐づく本アプリ専用CloudKitコンテナを通して、対応するAppleデバイス間で同期されます。
写真は、利用者がiOSの写真ピッカーで明示的に選択した場合だけ本アプリへ取り込まれます。通知は、利用者が本アプリ内で通知機能を有効にし、iOSの許可画面で同意した場合だけ使用します。
店舗検索を実行した場合は、利用者が入力した店舗名または住所をApple Mapsへ送信します。本アプリは店舗検索のために利用者の現在地を取得しません。
本アプリは広告SDK、外部分析SDK、第三者の行動追跡サービスを使用しません。コーヒー記録を広告目的で利用したり、第三者へ販売したりしません。
Appleが提供するiCloud、CloudKit、通知、写真ピッカー、Apple Maps、StoreKit、App Store等のサービスには、Appleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
本アプリは、買い切りの非消耗型アプリ内課金「BeanNote Pro」を提供します。購入、決済、購入履歴の復元および返金・取り消し状態の管理にはAppleのStoreKitとApp Storeを使用します。
本アプリの開発者が、利用者のクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得または保存することはありません。購入状態はAppleが検証した取引情報を利用して、Pro機能を有効または無効にする目的でのみ参照します。
利用者は完全バックアップをJSONファイルとして書き出せます。書き出したファイルの保存先、共有先、削除は利用者が管理します。バックアップにはコーヒー記録、写真、店舗情報などが含まれる場合があります。
BeanNote Proでは、抽出記録の一部をCSVまたはPDFとして書き出すこともできます。書き出したファイルは作成後、利用者自身が保存・共有・削除を管理します。
設定の「すべてのデータを削除」から、本アプリに保存された豆、抽出記録、レシピ、写真、店舗情報を削除できます。CloudKit同期中の場合、削除はほかのAppleデバイスにも反映される場合があります。

BeanNote (the “App”) uses information entered by the user—such as coffee beans, brew settings, photos, ratings, notes, café names, and café addresses—only to provide the App’s coffee journaling features.
Records created in the App are stored in a SwiftData store on the device. When iCloud is available, records are synchronized across supported Apple devices through a CloudKit container dedicated to BeanNote and associated with the user’s Apple Account.
Photos are imported into BeanNote only when the user explicitly selects them using the iOS photo picker. Notifications are used only when the user enables a notification feature in BeanNote and grants permission through the iOS system prompt.
When the user performs a café search, the café name or address entered by the user is sent to Apple Maps for the search. BeanNote does not obtain the user’s current location for café search.
BeanNote does not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or third-party behavioral tracking services. Coffee records are not used for advertising and are not sold to third parties.
Apple’s privacy policies apply to Apple-provided services used by the App, including iCloud, CloudKit, notifications, the photo picker, Apple Maps, StoreKit, and the App Store.
BeanNote offers BeanNote Pro as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Apple StoreKit and the App Store handle purchasing, payment, purchase restoration, refunds, and revocation status.
The developer of BeanNote does not receive or store payment information such as credit card numbers. Apple-verified transaction information is used only to determine whether BeanNote Pro features should be enabled or disabled.
Users can export a complete backup as a JSON file. The user controls where exported files are stored, shared, and deleted. Backups may contain coffee records, photos, and café information.
BeanNote Pro also supports CSV and PDF exports of selected journal information. These exported files are managed by the user after creation.
Users can delete beans, brew records, recipes, photos, and café information using “Delete All Data” in Settings. When CloudKit synchronization is active, deletions may also be reflected on the user’s other Apple devices.
