よくある確認事項

BeanNote Proを購入したのに有効にならない

1. App Storeで購入時と同じApple Accountへサインインしていることを確認してください。
2. BeanNoteのPro画面から「購入を復元」を実行してください。
3. 通信環境を確認してBeanNoteを再起動してください。

購入・決済・返金はAppleのApp Store / StoreKitによって処理されます。BeanNoteの開発者はクレジットカード情報を取得しません。

iCloud同期を確認したい

BeanNoteの「設定」でiCloud同期状態を確認できます。同じApple Accountを使用する対応Appleデバイス間で同期されます。通信状況によって反映に時間がかかる場合があります。

機種変更・再インストールに備えたい

設定でiCloud同期状態を確認してください。必要に応じて「完全バックアップを書き出す」からJSONバックアップを作成し、安全な場所へ保存できます。

データを削除したい

BeanNoteの「設定」→「すべてのデータを削除」から削除できます。CloudKit同期中は、削除内容がほかのAppleデバイスにも反映される場合があります。

Thank you for using BeanNote.

BeanNote Pro is not active after purchase

1. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account used for the purchase.
2. Open the BeanNote Pro screen and choose “Restore Purchases.”
3. Check your network connection and reopen BeanNote.

Purchases, payments, refunds, and revocations are handled by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The BeanNote developer does not receive your credit card information.

Checking iCloud sync

Open Settings in BeanNote to review the iCloud status. BeanNote synchronizes supported data across compatible Apple devices using the same Apple Account. Changes may take time to appear depending on network conditions.

Preparing for a new device or reinstall

Check the iCloud status in BeanNote Settings. You can also export a complete JSON backup and store it somewhere safe if you want an additional copy of your records.

Deleting your data

Use Settings → Delete All Data in BeanNote. When CloudKit sync is active, deletions may also be reflected on your other Apple devices.
